Join us for a three-part series — one hour, once a week, over the course of a month — created for mothers in all stages: those raising young children, supporting teens, or adjusting to the quiet shift of grown kids who still need you in subtle, unspoken ways. However it looks, the mental load is real. And it’s heavy.

This is your space to set it down.

Take a nourishing hour for yourself, guided intuitively by Ssanyu and shaped in real time by the needs of the group. Rooted in her Pause 3 method, each session blends breathwork, deep listening, and gentle reflection. No pressure. Just room to feel, speak, rest—or simply be.
