A guided return to presence, clarity, and embodied connection.
In this 90-minute class, Erica Mather brings together Forrest Yoga, breath-led movement, and Kriya Pranayama Meditation to create a full-scope experience of grounding and self-awareness. Drawing on her work as a yoga therapist and embodiment educator, Erica offers a compassionate, inside-out approach to reconnecting with the body — especially for those who’ve spent years observing themselves from the outside rather than inhabiting their own lived experience.
Through a short Dharma talk, gentle Forrest-Yoga–based sequencing, and guided breath and visualization, you’ll explore what it means to cultivate a friendlier, more supportive relationship with your body. Expect an accessible, thoughtful practice that supports clarity, steadiness, and a renewed sense of inner connection.
