About Jen Warakomski

Jen Warakomski is an E500RYT, Hormone Yoga Therapist, Reiki Master, and Rapid Resolution Hypnotherapist with over two decades of experience. Her work centers on the natural cycles women move through—breath, body, emotion—and the wisdom those rhythms offer. She blends restorative yoga, pranayama, meditation, energetic healing, and subconscious reset work to support women through periods of change and inner recalibration.
