Practice Makes Progress

 

 Studio Etiquette

 As we gather together, we ask that you observe the following niceties: 

  • Please arrive a few minutes early ~ so as not to disrupt your fellow yogis and to set up your mat and any props you might need.

  • There is a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals.   

  • Please take your shoes off before entering the practice space ~ they can be left in the shoe cubbies upstairs

  • Please ensure your cell phone is switched off.

  • Please try to arrive dressed for your practice ~ we do have a restroom, and a limited changing area, but do not have a locker room.


    We thank you for helping to maintain this studio as a “Sacred Space” for our shared practice.


    Yoga Mat Policy

  • You are welcome to bring your own mat, or you can borrow one of our complimentary mats.

    Temperature

  • All of our classes are standard ambient temperature, no warm or hot yoga at this time.
