Signature Vinyasa
The Five Pillars Signature Vinyasa is a feeling… IYKYK… from the purposeful intention setting, creative warmup and core activation, through the dynamic posture flow and deep stretches. This class is a moving meditation rooted in our Five Pillars that will create clarity of mind, physical strength and inner resilience both on and off the mat.

Signature SYP (Sculpt, Yoga, Pilates)
Experience the ultimate fusion of yoga, strength training, aerobic movement and pilates-inspired core in our signature SYP class. This vibrant workout fires up muscles, boosts endurance, and maximizes lung capacity while unleashing endorphins. SYP is a more challenging class that tones the body, enhances overall fitness, and boosts mood.
Signature Therapeutic Essentials
This somatic movement practice combines gentle asana, subtle activation, stretches & recalibration techniques for a deeply-meditative experience that supports the body’s innate ability to heal. Especially well suited for those who think “I can’t do yoga,” our signature approach to Therapeutics addresses old injuries, restores mobility, nourishes joints and revitalizes muscles.
Foundations
Designed for those new to the mat or those looking to refine their foundational skills, this class “goes deep” into key yoga postures and principles. Slower is stronger, and in this class you can expect detailed instruction on alignment, breath work, and classic sequences to establish a strong understanding of yoga fundamentals and build the foundational strength needed to support your advancing practice.
Restorative
Our most relaxing practice invites stillness, renewal and rejuvenation. Through gentle, supported postures and mindful breathing techniques, this class helps balance the nervous system for stress relief, tension release, and overall well-being. Nurturing and calming, Five Pillars Restore will help unwind the body and mind.
Gentle Vinyasa
This class uses slower sequencing and longer-held postures to facilitate fluidity and deeper stretch. Ideal for all levels, Gentle Flow allows participants to connect with elongated breath cycles and explore alignment in poses, for a movement practice that promotes introspection and groundedness.
Yoga for Bone Health
This class will introduce you to a series of longer held poses that have been shown to build bone strength and even reverse bone loss. Adaptations will be offered for beginners and all levels of practitioner. Led by a teacher certified to teach Dr. Fishman's yoga poses for osteoporosis, the class will also emphasize sequences that help to improve balance, stability, and coordination
Power Flow
Power Flow is a dynamic and athletic style that combines the strength-building aspects of Power Yoga with the flowing, breath-synchronized movements of Vinyasa. These classes typically involve a faster pace than traditional yoga, linking breath with movement to build internal heat, strength, and endurance. Expect a challenging workout that includes sun salutations, standing poses, twists, backbends, and potentially arm balances or inversions
Candlelit Yin
Unwind and decompress with this deeply relaxing Yin class. Students will begin with a gentle warmup before settling into longer stretches - such as twists, hip and heart openers, forward folds and spinal extention - with the support of props. Students will feel spacious, grounded, and ready for the week ahead. Open to all levels.
