Join us for the final session of this three part series— one hour, once a week, over the course of a month — created for mothers in all stages: those raising young children, supporting teens, or adjusting to the quiet shift of grown kids who still need you in subtle, unspoken ways. However it looks, the mental load is real. And it’s heavy.

Led by Ssanyu Birigwa, each session is guided intuitively — shaped in real time by what the group needs most that day. Rooted in her Pause 3 method, the experience blends breathwork, deep listening, and reflection. There’s no script. No expectations. Just space to feel, speak, rest, or be still.
