“Each ending carries the seed of a beginning.”
Timed with the energy of the full moon, Moon’s End Restorative is a 75-minute ritual of restorative yoga and live sound bath with Danny Fuggi. Supported postures invite deep rest, while the shimmering resonance of crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs moves through the body to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.
This practice is designed to mark the turning of the month — a pause to reflect, release, and renew. Guided through three phases, you’ll align with the natural rhythm of transition:
Reflection — integrating the lessons and textures of the month
Release — softening tension and letting go of what no longer serves
Renewal — creating space for clarity, energy, and new intention
As the month draws to a close, Moon’s End Restorative offers an elegant reset — a way to step forward in tune with yourself and the cycles around you.
