Strengthen your Dry January with Clear Mind, Clear Body, a weekly yoga class series designed to bring clarity, fortitude and a bit of FUN to your zero-proof journey.

We’ll meet once per week through January, for a total of 5 uplifting & empowering sessions. Each class blends movement/asana, breath work and accessible meditative practices, all infused with practical and common-sense yoga philosophy designed to support and enrich your individual goals.
This series is for anyone embracing Dry January—whether you’re resetting, reflecting, or redefining your relationship with alcohol. Together, we’ll support goals like:
Enhancing overall health and well-being.
Resetting by abstaining from alcohol for the month.
Discovering how your body feels without alcohol.
Observing and understanding the mind’s patterns in sobriety.
Learning practical techniques to redirect cravings when they arise.
This class series is all about YOUR personal journey. Each session offers a space to deepen your connection to your inner resources, while guiding you to explore new dimensions of self-awareness.

Fridays in January, from 4-5:15pm (1/3, 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31)
