The Five Pillars signature vinyasa is a feeling… IYKYK! From the purposeful intention setting, creative warmup and core activation, through the dynamic posture flow and deep stretches. This class is a moving meditation rooted in our Five Pillars that will create clarity of mind, physical strength and inner resilience both on and off the mat.

Experience the ultimate fusion of yoga, strength training, and aerobic movement in our signature Sculpt & Strength class. This vibrant workout fires up muscles, boosts endurance, and maximizes lung capacity while unleashing endorphins.This challenging 50-minute session tones the body, enhances overall fitness, and boosts mood.

Five Pillars Slow Flow
This class uses slower sequencing and longer-held postures to facilitate fluidity and deeper stretch. Ideal for all levels, Slow Flow allows participants to connect with elongated breath cycles and explore depth of alignment in poses, for a movement practice that promotes introspection and groundedness.
